We sell Premium Art prints on-demand, we don't hold any stocks.

All the Art is professionally printed, laser-cut and framed in Australia.

We will do our best for you to have a memorable experience while you shop at Charlie Green Studio

PRINTING PROCESS AND DISPATCH

 It takes 2 to 3 weeks from the date to order to dispatch.

In busy times this may be a little longer.

The art prints are shipped in secured boxes

 

CARE

To remove dust, use a clean dry tea towel. Do not use cleaning products, it will damage the frame.

Avoid hanging your artwork on walls exposed to direct sunlight to ensure the longevity of colours.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your artwork as well as your shipment destination.

Ask for overseas shipping rates.

 

SHIPPING PROCESS

. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as the artwork is shipped
. We are unable to accept PO Boxes a delivery address
. The purchaser holds responsibility for tracking the shipment.
Failure to collect your shipment from a designated outlet may result in your parcel being returned to Blule, in which case, it is your responsibility to arrange shipping for the item.

 

CUSTOMS

I am required by law to declare the full value of the shipment contents and cannot be held financially responsible for any additional local customs and duties on your order

 

RETURNS

In more than 10 years of doing selling art, I have never had one customer unsatisfied. None. Nada. Zip.
That being said, if you were to be that first one and be unhappy with the quality of your print, you can return it in the same packaging within 7 days after receiving the parcel. The frame needs to be in mint condition, and shipping for the return trip would have to be at your charge.

I do not offer refunds or exchanges on discounted sales items.

 

DAMAGES ITEMS

If your order is damaged during transit, please take pictures of the print and packaging and contact me as soon as possible to arrange replacement charlie@charliegreenstudio.com.au

As much as I would want to solve every possible problem, sadly,
I cannot take responsibility for:

  • Post Office delays
  • Custom delays
  • Additional costs for applicable customs clearance fees
