Framing delivery time

Each frame is made to order, please allow 7-10 working days before dispatch (express delivery can be organised at an additional cost).
Each frame is packed in a box carefully.

We offer free shipping in Australia only.
For overseas shipping please contact us to calculate the shipping costs.
Delivery times within Australia vary depending on your location.


Returns

We understand the change of mind, and we do offer returns or exchanges, in that case, return costs are at your charge.
We do not offer returns (or exchanges) on discounted or sale items.

Care and Maintenance

We recommend hanging your item out of direct sunlight and cleaning your frames from dust with a dry towel.
Do not apply any window cleaning products or wet products on the frame.

Faulty Items and Damages


All items are thoroughly checked before dispatching and packaged with care.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged in transit please contact us at charlie@charliegreenstudio.com.au 
Include your order number and we will organise a replacement for you.
 Any issues with an order must be reported to us within 48hrs of receiving your parcel, with any returns to be finalized and posted back to us within 5 working days.
All prints are handled with the utmost care when placed into their packaging. 
Where we are at fault we will cover any additional postage costs. 
Any items being returned remain the property of the purchaser until received by Charlie green studio, so please ensure you package your returned items appropriately with the original packaging.
